My intuitive technique is a nurturing, restorative blend with detailed work where needed. I specialize in myofascial release which is similar to Rolfing for those with reoccurring chronic issues or body trauma. Myofascial release techniques relieve tension and pain by releasing both the muscles and the fascia system, helping to restructure and align the body. This approach is focused usually on the affected areas for most of the session and uses no oil. The results can be transformative.
